Returns

Total Apparel was founded on the idea that impeccable customer service should be complimentary to our unbeatable prices. 

Our #1 priority is your happiness with our products. If you have a problem, we’ll solve it. Whatever it takes. We’re here to help. Guaranteed. 

  • We will accept a return for any merchandise within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging
  • Items must be undecorated, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded. Only the merchandise will be refunded.
  • **No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.**
  • Please do not ship any merchandise without a Total Apparel provided Return Label.
  • All claims for damages, shortages, must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
  • All truck orders are shipped on a CBD basis. Please call Total Apparel for any questions or more information about our terms.

Return Process

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Find your order and click 'Return Items?'. 
  3. Select quantity to return for each item you are returning.
  4. Select the 'Return Reason' from the dropdown menu
  5. Select the return action - Refund or Store Credit. Enter comments in the optional text box.
  6. Click the 'Submit Return Request' button when you are ready to start your return
  • Total Apparel will review your return and send you a prepaid return label to use for the return.
  • Once your return is sent, please allow up to 2 weeks to process the return. Once processed, a refund for the merchandise will be issued.
