- We will accept a return for any merchandise within 7 days of purchase in its original packaging
- Items must be undecorated, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Shipping costs on the original order will not be refunded. Only the merchandise will be refunded.
- **No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization.**
- Please do not ship any merchandise without a Total Apparel provided Return Label.
- All claims for damages, shortages, must be made within 72 hours of receipt of merchandise.
- All truck orders are shipped on a CBD basis. Please call Total Apparel for any questions or more information about our terms.
Return Process
- Login to your account.
- Find your order and click 'Return Items?'.
- Select quantity to return for each item you are returning.
- Select the 'Return Reason' from the dropdown menu
- Select the return action - Refund or Store Credit. Enter comments in the optional text box.
- Click the 'Submit Return Request' button when you are ready to start your return
- Total Apparel will review your return and send you a prepaid return label to use for the return.
- Once your return is sent, please allow up to 2 weeks to process the return. Once processed, a refund for the merchandise will be issued.
