Want to use an Organization Purchase Order?
Follow these easy steps:
- Create an Account on Totalapparel.com
- Email a copy of your tax exempt form or certificate to support@totalapparel.com (PDF format only please)
- Email Purchase Order to support@totalapparel.com
We accept purchase orders from educational and government organizations currently. The Total Apparel staff will work you through the approval process. Once the tax exempt certificate and order is approved, the order will be processed and you will receive an order confirmation.
If you are not initially approved, we will contact you and discuss next steps.
Once the order is processed and ships, an automated shipment confirmation with relevant shipment tracking number will be sent to the email address provided. Once this email is sent, an invoice will be sent to you for payment with instructions.
