Do you sell 1st Quality products? Yes! All of our products are New, 1st Quality, and Authentic.

What if I receive the wrong item or my item arrives damaged? Our #1 priority is your happiness with our products. If the wrong item is sent or it arrives damaged, we'll make it right. We also offer a FREE no fuss return policy, which means we stand by our products. Guaranteed.

Do you offer Youth, Tall, or Big sizes? Yes! Many (not all) products come in sizes ranging from XXS-6XL as well as in Tall sizes.

Shipping

Do you offer Free Shipping? Yes! We offer Free Shipping when the total of your order is $59.00* or more (*total after use of promotions or coupons). An order less than $59.00 total will be charged an $9.99 flat shipping rate.

Where will my products ship from? We ship from 10+ strategically placed warehouses around the United States. Orders are fulfilled from the closest warehouse with available product.

When will my order arrive? Most orders placed by 3pm EST will ship the same day and arrive within 3 days of shipment.

How will my order ship? Orders will ship via USPS First Class, UPS SurePost, or UPS Ground. Orders shipped to PO Box addresses will ship via UPS SurePost - a UPS service who hands off the package to USPS for the last leg of delivery. 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes? Yes!

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Territories, Internationally, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses? Unfortunately, we aren't able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Military APO/FPO/DPO Addresses, or internationally at this time.

Pricing

Do you charge sales tax? Yes, we are required to charge sales tax where applicable. If you are a re-seller, send us a copy of your resale tax certificate. We'll keep it on file and your account will be tax exempt.

Do you offer bulk or volume discounts for large orders? You bet your shirt we do! See our Bulk Discounts page for details.

How do I know if an item is in stock? If an item, size, or color, is out of stock, it will show on the product detail page. Our inventory is updated daily.

How do I cancel or change my order? We fulfill and ship fast. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed. However, we offer a FREE no fuss return policy.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We are not able to accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders, or ship C.O.D.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Notification email which will include a Tracking # for the carrier in which your order shipped.

Custom Apparel

Do you offer customization services? Yes! We can screen print or embroider a logo or design on most of our items. We only decorate on items sold by Total Apparel.

How do I get a quote? Submit a request via our form on our decoration page or email us at support@totalapparel.com

How long does it take? Typical turnaround is 7-10 days once payment has been made and artwork digitized

Is there a minimum quantity for a custom order? Yes. Screen printing: 36 pieces. Embroidery: 24 pieces

Do all the items need to be the same style? i.e 40 G500 red t-shirts No. You may mix and match colors and/or styles as long as the artwork, artwork color(s), artwork size, and decoration method are the same.
